Terms of sale

These terms cover purchases made on this site. The products are sold by Qihu Zhang, trading as coderqh. Orders are processed by Waffo Pancake, which acts as the merchant of record: it takes the payment, issues the receipt and handles sales tax and VAT.

What you buy: a digital download of a Flutter app's source code and its documentation, and, where listed, the source of its back end, under the licence you choose at checkout (see the Licence page). Nothing physical is shipped.

Delivery: after payment you are taken straight to your download page, which is your download link; bookmark it. Where sign-in is offered, you can also sign in with the email address used at checkout to see and download your purchases at any time. The link works for a limited time and a limited number of downloads; email us with your payment receipt if it has expired and it will be reissued.

Prices are shown in US dollars on each app's page and on the Pricing page. Every purchase is a single one-time payment for one app and one licence: there is no subscription, nothing renews and you are never charged again. The amount charged at checkout is final.

Refunds follow the Refund policy page.

Breach and suspension: if the licence terms are broken, for example by reselling, sharing or publishing the source, or if a payment is reversed through a chargeback or turns out to be fraudulent, the licence ends, the download page and any sign-in access for that order are switched off, and the source must be deleted. We may refuse further orders from the same buyer.

The software is provided as is. It is tested before release and support is offered as described on the Support page, but we do not guarantee it fits any particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Third-party services you connect, such as app stores, hosting, AI providers or Firebase, are billed and governed by those providers.

Acceptable use

This store sells source code. It does not run any AI generation service for anyone: no prompts are taken and no images, video or text are generated on this site. Where an app's source includes AI features, they run only in the buyer's own deployment, under the buyer's own account with the AI provider.

Prohibited content. You may not use the source, or any product built from it, to generate, publish or distribute: (1) pornographic or sexually explicit (NSFW) content; (2) graphic violence or gore; (3) hate speech, or content that harasses or discriminates against people for who they are; (4) sexual or exploitative content involving minors (CSAM), or anything else that endangers children; (5) deepfakes, or content that impersonates a real person or uses their face, likeness or voice without their consent; (6) content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property.

If you ship an app built from this source with AI generation features, you operate that service: you are responsible for moderating prompts and outputs, publishing your own content policy and handling reports from your users.

Enforcement. If we learn that the source, or a product built from it, is used for prohibited content, we end the licence, switch off the download page and sign-in access for the order, and refuse further orders. Content involving minors is reported to the relevant authorities.

Reporting. To report misuse, email [email protected] with the app's name, where you saw the content and any links or screenshots. Every report is read and answered by the developer, and acted on as described above.
