Refund policy

Source code cannot be returned once it has been downloaded, so the right to cancel a digital purchase ends at the first download.

Before the first download: ask within 14 days of the order and it is refunded in full.

After download: within 14 days of the order, refunds are for defects. If the app does not build with the documented setup or does not do what its page describes, email us with the order number and the error. If we cannot fix it, the order is refunded. After 14 days we keep fixing defects through support, but the payment can no longer be refunded.

Not refundable: changing your mind after downloading, needing a feature the app does not have, or problems that come from your own changes or from third-party services.
