Privacy policy

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buy buttons are used. It sets Google Analytics cookies in your browser. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked first: until you accept, no analytics cookie is stored. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Advertising features and Google signals are turned off. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. The download service sets one cookie only if you sign in to your purchases, to keep you signed in; signing out removes it.

When you buy, Waffo Pancake, the merchant of record, collects your payment details and billing information under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email address, order number and what you bought, and use them only to deliver the download, provide support and keep the records the law requires.

When you start a checkout, the download service records the time, your IP address and the app you chose, to limit misuse of the checkout. When you ask for a sign-in link, sign in or move an order to another email address, it records the time, your IP address and the email addresses involved, to send the link, keep a record of the change and limit misuse. When you download, it records the time, your IP address, the country it resolves to, your browser's user agent and the order it belongs to, to limit misuse of download links and to answer payment disputes.

We do not sell or share your information for advertising. The site and the download service run on Cloudflare, which processes requests on our behalf.

Order and download records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted where the law allows, email [email protected].
